This documentary addresses the relationship between tango and the city, framed in the emergence of social clubs, tanguerías and academies since the 1960s in Santiago de Chile and its evolution to the present day. Here, men and women tell their own story, forged in a work around tango, assigning it a sense of belonging from a practice that is projected in time. Thus, tango, in addition to being an artistic expression, constitutes a community in the context of a city that, as it grows, blurs the social relationships that ultimately allow for the construction of identity.
